Terms & Condition

1. Price and Packing & Forwarding

All prices are exclusive of packing and forwarding (P&F) charges, which are nil. Freight and transportation charges will be charged extra at actual cost and will be payable by the customer in addition to the quoted product price.

2. Taxes and Duties

Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% will be charged extra on the quoted prices, as applicable under prevailing tax regulations. Any applicable taxes, duties, or statutory charges arising from changes in government regulations will be charged in accordance with the applicable laws.

3. Quotation Validity

All quotations and prices are valid until 31 December 2026, unless otherwise specified in the quotation. Any quotation accepted after the validity period may be subject to revised prices, taxes, delivery terms, or other commercial conditions.

4. Delivery Terms

Delivery will be on an Ex-Stock basis, subject to product availability at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines, where applicable, will be communicated upon order confirmation. Any delays caused by transportation providers, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond the seller’s reasonable control will be communicated to the customer.

5. Payment Terms

Payment shall be made against the Proforma Invoice issued by the company. Orders will be processed in accordance with the payment terms specified in the Proforma Invoice. Customers are requested to ensure that the payment is completed as per the invoice instructions to avoid delays in order processing or dispatch.

6. Order Confirmation

Orders will be considered confirmed upon acceptance by the company and completion of the applicable payment formalities. Customers are advised to verify the product specifications, quantities, prices, taxes, and delivery details before confirming an order.

7. Freight and Transportation

Freight charges will be borne by the customer and charged at actual cost. Transportation arrangements and applicable charges will be communicated wherever necessary. Any transit-related issues should be reported to the company promptly after receipt of the goods.

8. General Conditions

All sales and supplies will be governed by the commercial terms stated in the applicable quotation and Proforma Invoice. Any changes or additional requirements must be mutually agreed upon in writing by the customer and the company.

9. Amendments to Terms

The company reserves the right to revise its commercial terms and conditions when necessary. Any revisions applicable to a specific order will be communicated to the customer and documented in the relevant quotation or Proforma Invoice.
